Ikigai - Justyn Barnes

This is a beautiful book, both in it's message and it's aesthetic. It explains the principles of the ancient Japanese philosophy of Ikigai (eek-ee-guy), which roughly translates to 'reason for living' and the photography is beautiful too.

If you're looking for a greater sense of ease or feel that something is missing in life, this book is well worth a read.
